Introduction

The Gps In Group mobile app turns your smartphone into a GPS tracking device that displays your location and the locations of other group members. GPS tracking in a group means that all group members track one another using their smart phones as tracking devices. This app exchanges location data with other Gps In Group apps over the Internet and Vanis Web Services.
The Gps In Group app is primarily intended for families, the elderly, cyclists, walkers and small businesses who want to track their group members using a GPS and a smartphone as a tracking device.
The app operates in two modes: "as administrator and member" and "as member only".
The first time an app is started, the administrator as an app user has the ability to register an account and create a group as the first member of the group. The administrator will then set the login information (member name and password) and other settings for each group member. Then every other user of the app can log in to the group as a member and track all the group members on their smartphone according to the member's settings.
You only need an account if you want to subscribe to use the app. One annual subscription is valid for all group members. The administrator pays the amount of the annual subscription based on the offer automatically sent to him by the app after the user account registration. Annual subscription is not automatically renewed.
